A trusted advisor to C-suite executives, HR leaders, corporate real estate professionals, and facility managers, she designs data-driven workplace solutions and change management strategies tailored to the evolving world of work.
Kate is deeply committed to helping managers and employees thrive in distributed environments. She spearheaded the development of e-learning courses designed to equip leaders and teams with essential hybrid work skills—licensed to over a million employees with a 97% satisfaction rating.
As a co-founder of Workplace Evolutionaries (WE) within IFMA, she helped grow the global community to over 10,000 followers and continues to serve as a Global Advisor. Her leadership also includes serving on the IFMA Board of Directors (2018–2021) and co-authoring three editions of the award-winning book Work on the Move, which explores the future of work and workplace transformation.
A Utah native, graduating from USU with a BS in Interior Design. Kate recently returned to Eden, UT, after years of working globally, embracing the beauty and community of the region while continuing to shape the “future of work” in Utah.

We have Interior Design materials free for the taking! Help us keep these materials out of the landfill: carpet, tile, fabric, glass, binders, etc. Come see what you can use and give it a second life!

Official collection bins will be distributed to any firm or dealer that wants to participate. Please follow the posted guidelines on the bin when giving any material or sample to ZLF. Our goal is to divert as many materials as possible from the landfill. Recirculating up-to-date samples through your reps, Material Bank, or any other sampling source is the ideal method.

Zero Landfill - Learn
ZLF is a series of events to keep our unused and no longer relevant (to us!) interior design materials out of the landfill. It begins with an informational zoom meeting. If you have stacks of samples in your library that are out of date (we know you all do!) please come to learn more how you can give them a second life!

Make A Wish - Backpack Event
A&D Firms will compete in designing a creative and unique backpack for a Make-A-Wish Utah kid.
All supplies including backpacks, paints, sequins, glue, etc. will be provided. All we need is your creativity and support in designing a backpack specific to the Make-A-Wish kid included in your backpack. Each A&D firm will have 2 backpacks complete with art supplies for decorating.
Distribution of backpacks & supplies - July 8th-15th
We will pick up backpacks July 25th-30th.
